The process

How it works

Three stages, clearly defined. You'll always know where you are and what comes next.

1

The AI Business Review

We spend time inside your business — in person or by video — asking the right questions. We look at how your team actually works, where time is lost, and where decisions are made. Not the polished version you'd put in a board deck. The real version.

The output is a written Bearing Report: a plain-language document that maps your business against the AI tools that would genuinely help, with clear reasoning for each recommendation. We don't dress things up. If a tool isn't right for you, or if AI isn't the right answer for a particular problem, we'll say so.

We don't take commission on anything we suggest. Our only interest is giving you an honest assessment.

2

Implementation

Once you know what you need, we help you put it in place. That means setting up the right tools, configuring them properly for your business, training your team to use them well, and making sure they actually get used — rather than sitting forgotten in a browser tab.

Implementation is scoped on a project basis, so you know the cost before we begin. No surprises.

3

Ongoing Support

AI tools evolve fast. New options appear, better alternatives emerge, and your business changes too. Our support relationship means you always have someone to call when something isn't working as it should, or when something better comes along that's worth switching to.

Support is available on a retained or ad-hoc basis, depending on what suits you best.

Start with the AI Business Review

The review stands on its own. You don't have to commit to anything beyond it. If we get to the end and the honest answer is that AI won't make much difference to your business right now, we'll tell you that too.
